KINSEY – Walter G. "Pete," 84, Johnstown, died Oct. 12, 2009, at home. Born Jan. 18, 1925, in Johnstown, son of the late Leroy and Ruth (Stakeman) Kinsey. Preceded in death by wife, Mary Jane (Bair) Kinsey; one sister; and five brothers. Survived by children, Janet L., wife of Earl Leventry Jr., Grafton, Ohio; and Nancy J., wife of Walter Gray Jr.; and Donna P., wife of Dennis Varner, both of Johnstown; also 10 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Brother of Shirley, Edith, Dwayne and Irvin, all of Johnstown. Mr. Kinsey was employed with Bethlehem Steel Gautier Division for 35 1/2 years. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Geisel Funeral Home, Dale, where funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Ron Barto. Interment, Oak Cemetery.
